Just a Few From Christmas Day

It all starts with waking up at 6:30, yes, I said 6:30, and checking out all your loot. Their big gift this year was the Wii, but they failed to notice it for awhile. They were too busy plundering in their other stuff.
Christian immediately found a a book he really liked and began working on that. Somewhere in there, they had some breakfast and made us open a bunch of boxes and install all the batteries.
Jackson isn’t sure about the superman cape, but the other side is batman, so that made it okay.
Christian had to take a break from all the excitement and play his DS for a little bit. You get really tired fast when you get up at 6:30.
Jackson dressed up in some more costumes, and never really made it out of his pajamas the whole day.
MamMaw came over to check out what the boys got and to spread some Christmas cheer.
Mawmaw & PawPaw came over also to check everything out. We spent the rest of the day playing, setting up the Wii, learning to play tennis, playing football outside, and eating Mom’s gumbo. Good times, good times. Oh, and just a note for those who have never played a Wii. You don’t have to swing the controllers with all your might like I thought. If you do, you will wake up with tennis elbow and a really sore shoulder. I guess I don’t use those muscles very often. That’s just sad!
