Opening Presents with Mawmaw and Pawpaw

The boys got to open a couple presents on Christmas Eve…It’s always pajamas from us, and I opted for Colonel Reb tees for the shirt part. I’ve told Jackson, until he makes a decision on where he’s going, he’s still a Rebel. I’ll adapt if necessary with no problem, and he seems okay with that. Mawmaw and Pawpaw opened their presents from each other,The boys opened their presents from Mawmaw and Pawpaw, and Deebo was right in the middle of it all…just how God intended.Merry Christmas Eve!

Tree Trimming

The house had been decorated for a few weeks, but I left a few ornaments for the boys to do when everyone was home and together.I know they were so pleased!I just don’t think I want to have a Christmas without them in Santa hats, complaining about everyone’s participation levels. And, the final product. Not much has changed. This year I added tinsel. I loved it, but it was everywhere and Deebo likes to eat it. It does make puke have a little more sparkle, so there is that!

Christmas in Bay St. Louis

We had Christmas with Scott’s Dad’s side of the family at Amber, Mit and Vivi’s house in Bay St. Louis on the Sunday before Christmas. The food was fantastic as always…And the fellowship, as Daddy Dan called it, was top notch!Merry Christmas from the Taylor crew!

New Neighbor

Our new neighbors got a new puppy. Her name is Jules, and she is adorable. Deebo and Moxie take a little time from doing this to check her out.I think everyone is getting along famously!

Scott’s Birthday

Scott asked for one thing for his birthday, a German chocolate cake, and I just couldn’t swing it. I had such good intentions, and I did fix him a dinner, but I messed up the ONE thing. He was a pretty good sport about it. He’s had 58 years to get used to this kind of disappointment.
