Jackson came walking in the house yesterday with his hand over his chin and blood, lots of lots of blood coming out. From what we got from the screaming kids, there were two sets of kids doing two different things, and neither was paying attention to the other. The little boys were scooting on their butts on skateboards, and a bigger boy was swinging a big barrel bat. Bat accidentally connected with jaw and panic ensued. We rushed to the hospital for stitches and x-rays, and let me tell you, my baby was so brave! He wasn’t convinced that numbing cream really worked, and he didn’t say a word about it until after it was all over. 2 stitches inside the wound, and 4 on the outside, and we were sent home. Nothing makes things better more than a little Lulu love in front of a fire, except maybe a little Daddy and Lulu love in front of a fire.As usual, a little warning here, if you don’t like a little blood, look away. It isn’t that great of a picture as it was taken with my iPhone, but this is the tear before he got stitched up. This was about the time he was worrying about the numbing cream. Can you see it in his eyes? I can. Scroll down if you want…
OOOooooooooooooo!
