My Beach Buddy

Jackson and I headed over to Sandestin’s very crowded beach last night to watch the sunset, and you know I brought my camera. We made our way to the spot with the least amount of people, because we all know I’m not into crowds, and waited. While we waited, I took some pictures.I know he’s mine, and there is probably a law or something stating that I should find him handsome, but surely it’s not just me. Isn’t this kid just adorable!?!?! Yeah. Yeah, he is!The seaweed is back, and the waves break too late to surf, but it’s still beautiful, silly boy included. We saw some jellyfish wash up.  Notice the careful deliberate steps? Jellyfish stings are nothing to play around with!!!It may look like we are all alone here, but we are not. Here is the view walking back. We passed families playing in the surf, families getting pictures made, people fishing, a drunk guy, a passed out guy, runners, walkers, grandparents watching grandchildren, couples hand in hand, groups of teenagers and other Momma’s out with their kids and cameras just to name a few.  It’s not so hard to find calm in the middle of chaos, especially when there are waves involved.
