We spent Mardi Gras in Destin again this year. Sunday, they had a dog parade, and we had to take the boys, and of course the dogs, to watch. The parades aren’t quite as long, and the floats not quite as elaborate, but we are working with golf carts here, so what can you do? The trade off is that I never once smelled urine or vomit, and it was definitely a family friendly environment. We can’t top New Orleans, but my kids don’t know that just yet..jpg "20120219_7202 copy")
