Christian and Jackson both missed school today and had to go to the Doctor for this funk that seems to be going around. Christian has fluid on both ears, and Jackson just has some allergy induced funk. Our Doctor gave us some medicine, which apparently knocks out anyone that goes near it, except Christian. It just makes him really tired, but still able to play a game here and there. I got snuggles ALL day on the couch until Daddy got home, then there were actual naps. I think Daddy’s been getting into their meds. Oh, wait, no, he needs a nap every day regardless of his health. Looks like this medicine also causes grumpiness, even in your sleep. Thank goodness it seems to have worn off and they won’t have to take it again until before bed. I hope this means that tomorrow I’ll be getting more snuggles on the couch. I wonder if I can request sleepiness without the side of grumpiness… doubtful, but worth a shot. Check out those lips!!
