He’s too small to play in the football games with the big kids, but it doesn’t stop him from tagging along. Today he followed them around for a bit, then moved on to other things.
He rode around on his tractor for hours and never complained about being left out. I was a bit surprised. Christian and his friends are always really good about including him, but tackle football with kids ranging in age from 8 to 12 is no place for a 4 year old.
Knowing that they would include him was enough for him. It’s enough for me, too.
