Hair Sling

Christian’s hair is usually in his eyes. The only time it bothers me is when he’s playing ball, reading or getting his picture taken. In response to my repeated requests to get the hair out of his eyes, he has this move we’ve affectionately dubbed the hair sling and he uses it often, especially for the camera. He’s been doing it for awhile, and has the move perfected. Sometimes it works great, other times not so much. It’s his thing, along with the head-tilt that has been his signature move since he was 18 months old. We were over at Maw Maw & Paw Paw’s today doing homework. The light in their house is awesome, so I, of course, grabbed my camera. Christian didn’t disappoint. We asked Jackson to come over for a few snaps, and it looks like he’s following in his brother’s footsteps. He’s a head-tilting hair slinger, too. I wonder if it’s genetic…
