Technically, this isn’t a Flashback. 7th graders get to spend a day job shadowing. We gave Jackson a lot of suggestions, and like his brother, he chose to go to the IMMS and job shadow the different departments. They always end with the dolphins. He got to feed them, learn about them, and get his picture taken with a new friend. His picture was with a 40 year old dolphin retired from the Navy. How cool is that?.jpg "Jackson-IMMS")
Ok, for the flashback segment of this post… here is Christian 4 years ago at his job-shadowing opportunity. Apparently they wore the same exact outfit for the same exact experience. Like it or not, my boys are a lot alike, and still so different. I’m proud that they both went out of their comfort-zone, and unlike most kids, job shadowed where they didn’t know a soul. Meeting a dolphin alone, was worth the risk!.jpg "Dolphin")
