Finally, Something He Will Eat

The fascination with growing things continues. It started with flowers, then spread to vegetables. Unfortunately, everything he has in his “garden” he doesn’t really eat. Tomatoes and peppers aren’t his thing. I couldn’t force the cabbage down him if I tried. The two things that he might eat, the corn and green beans, aren’t producing much. Luckily, Ms. Diane gave him some strawberry plants. Vines? Plants? Either way, strawberries!I figured it would take forever for there to be any strawberries to pick, but I was wrong. There are strawberries popping out all over the place, and he is so excited. He’ll finally get to enjoy the fruits of his labor… literally!Isn’t that what it’s all about? Thank you Ms. Diane!!!
