End of the Year Braves Party

Scott always tells his team at the beginning of the season that we will have a pool party at the end. They look forward to it. Our last official game was this week, but we have a couple make-up games scheduled next week. To accommodate everyone’s summer travels that are sure to follow the last day of school, we decided to go ahead and have the party today. It was the perfect day for it, and the kids had a blast. There was swimming, pizza and beer… no wait, it was juice boxes, lots of party food, cupcakes, and most importantly… trophy presentation.Scott did a great job presenting and making sure to say something special about each kid. There was the most improved, the biggest and strongest (and best hitter), the best game face… you get the idea. For some it was their first year playing and probably their first trophy ever, and that made it quite a treasure.Jackson was still as happy getting his as he was his first,and has the big fake smile to prove it! He was named the Brave who got the most outs. It helped that he played first base a lot.As always, I grabbed my three favorite Braves for a picture! Gotta love the coaches kids!!!And one more of just the two brothers. It was a great season, Braves!! Congratulations!
