Christian’s All-Star team is still in the tournament. We’ve been at the ball-field EVERY night this week. I guess that’s what happens when you lose the first game, they make you work for it. Well, these boys are working for it. Christian was 3 for 3 tonight, started out with a triple, then a double. I don’t remember the last one. Too many games running together and I’m losing it. I was in the dugout taking pictures and heard Coach Ken tell him, “Good hit, Christian!!!” and he wasn’t really sure what to say, and I heard a little voice say, “You’re welcome.”
He made an awesome catch in left field in the first inning which I totally missed because of the sun, and a nice play at pitcher from his knees as seen below. All in all, my boy had a good night. They ALL had a good night. Hell, they’ve had 3 good nights in a row. Let’s hope that continues..jpg "20080613_3162")
Tomorrow night is the championship. They play the team that beat them the first night. They have never lost, and to win, we have to beat them twice. Nothing like a challenge.

Oh, and because I’m a freak, this is us coming home, missing a perfectly good sunset. The people in the cars beside us looked really worried about me. I didn’t mind. I’m used to it.
