Azaleas and Projects

I’ve been hoping to get a few pictures of the boys with my azaleas before the flowers all give it up, but I was beginning to think I wasn’t going to make it. We finally found two minutes where we were all home, and only moderately busy doing a school project, so we took a break and gave it a go. The gnats were so bad, we could only stand being out there long enough for a couple snaps, luckily they captured not only the azaleas, but the hair-sling and pouty lips. I just love this boy! There are times when I want to strangle him, like when I’m trying to keep him focused on a school project that’s due this week. But, then I see the picture I just took of him and I remember that not only is he easily distracted, he’s sweet, eager to please, and thoughtful and he hair-slings and has these awesome pouty lips, and he loves working on projects together and… and… I just don’t know what I’d do without him. The projects always work out one way or another, besides, whose idea was it to take a break and take a couple pictures? Click to check out more I heart faces entries!
