After forty discussions on where we were evacuating, we finally came up with a solution. Poor Joey and Katie, they drew the short straw and ended up with a house full of people, dogs, and a garage full of cats. There are a million things I hate about hurricanes, but having to evacuate and impose on our family or our friends absolutely sucks, even when it’s my nephew and his sweet wife.
Sorry guys. Thanks so much for letting us crash and we will try not to do it to you again anytime soon. Although, as Scott said, it sure was nice that the boys had someone to play with. I’m not sure who likes Joey’s Wii more… Joey, Christian or Jackson. I think Christmas lists just got a little longer.
