I Thought We’d Never Get Here

We finally made it to the beach and it didn’t rain on us!  I love it that when I tell the boys to get closer together, Christian actually scrunches his legs up so they will be closer to the same height.I have a bunch more to share, but after a day of swimming, cooking out, washing a mountain of clothes, going to the beach, baths, popcorn night, and late night talks piled in the bed, I’m kind of wiped out. Don’t get me wrong, it’s one of those good wiped outs you get when you’ve spent most of your day in the water, and got just a tad too much sun. It’s the kind of tired that comes from having a long and perfect day with your family on vacation.  It’s the kind of tired, that like most people, I wouldn’t trade for anything in the world.
